An ice cube sitting atop a frozen lake. This render was my experiment with particles, refractions, reflections, diffusion, HDRi's, and variable roughness. Through this project, I was able to learn more about the many different functions of the nodes in Light Path, and got to experiment with variable roughness using RGB Curves. I also managed to use a light source that's not a Light object so now I could experiment more with lighting.
Actually, through this project, I think I'm starting to like Lighting much more. Expect more light-oriented projects!
